Test Services
TMS Test Services provides engineers with a cost-effective solution for RF semiconductor characterization in our facility in Phoenix Arizona. We can test your wafer over frequency, temperature and bias.
Training & Classes
We offer small group, hands-on educational classes focused on teaching the advanced concepts needed for proficient RF probe station measurements. Theory and proper measurement techniques are reinforced with hands-on learning.
Equipment Rentals
TMS has created a lab that can be rented by the hour, day or week. Customers will be required to take a prober tutorial class before being allowed to work with our probers. Probe tips and test equipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Manual probers available to rent upon request.
