Lab Rental:
TMS has created a lab that can be rented by the hour, day or week. Customers will be required to take a prober tutorial class before being allowed to work with our probers. Probe tips and test equipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

- Four 8” semi-automated probing station
- One 6” semi-automated probing station
- One 9k probing station with laser cutting capability
- A benchtop RP-1 RF probing station
- Assorted probing solutions up to 40Ghz
- Assorted Test equipment available from Anritsu, Formfactor, LeCroy, Maury and others
