Training & Classes

We offer small group, hands-on educational classes focused on teaching the advanced concepts needed for proficient RF probe station measurements.  Theory and proper measurement techniques are reinforced with hands-on learning.  We also offer mentorship and consulting days where customers bring their wafer and our engineers work with them to properly characterize their wafer. Our instructors can tailor the instruction to specific topics such as skate, probe cleaning, calibration techniques, de-embedding, design.

Our facility has classroom seating for 8 students and a lab equipped with 2 semi-automatic probe stations for students to learn on.   Large 55-inch screens and multiple cameras help facilitate learning.
